Sperm donation can be used for couples or individuals working with a traditional surrogate, gestational surrogate, or who are carrying themselves.
There are many potential legal issues that arise when working with sperm donors. A sperm donor contract is necessary to detail the parties' relationship, the procedures involved, that parental rights and responsibilities are being relinquished, privacy issues, and any compensation involved.
Please contact the The National adoption and Surrogacy Center, LLC, if you are interested in more information on sperm donation contracts and/or how your parental rights are effected by donor contracts.
